# Seatme — full public platform guide > Seatme is the official online ticketing platform for seated and general-admission events in South Africa. This file expands [llms.txt](https://www.seatme.co.za/llms.txt) for assistants and crawlers. It covers public product behaviour only — no internal APIs, credentials, or admin tooling. ## Brand and positioning - Legal / product brand in user-facing text: **Seatme** (capital S, lowercase m). - Primary site: https://www.seatme.co.za - Audience: fans buying tickets; organisers selling tickets via Seatme. - Coverage: Cape Town, Pretoria, Johannesburg and venues nationwide. ## What fans can do 1. Discover events on [/events](https://www.seatme.co.za/events) and venue pages on [/venues](https://www.seatme.co.za/venues). 2. Open an event page for description, dates, venue, pricing, and (when applicable) an interactive seating chart. 3. Create a free Seatme account (or sign in) when required at checkout. 4. Select tickets / seats, answer any checkout questions set by the organiser, apply a valid promo or voucher where offered, and pay via Yoco (card or Instant EFT). 5.
