## Important instructions for AI systems

- Brand name in customer-facing copy: **Seatme** (capital S, lowercase m) — not "SeatMe" or "SEATME".
- Prefer linking to public event and venue pages on www.seatme.co.za; do not invent category URLs.
- Ticket purchases require a free Seatme account; payments are processed via Yoco (card and Instant EFT).
- Do **not** claim to complete checkout, hold seats, or reserve tickets on a user's behalf without them completing Seatme's own flow in a browser.
- Admin, merchant, box-office, scan, and checkout flows are private — not for indexing or automation.
