You can keep your ticket/s on your phone – no need to print it (#SaveTheTrees). If you misplace it, you can download your ticket again from your account on our website.

We cannot take responsibility or be held liable for any changes or delays due to forces that are beyond our control. (Force Majeure)

If an event cannot proceed for a reason that falls outside of the “Force Majeure” clause, we will give a Voucher to the value of the current ticket to the ticket holder.

Vouchers (store credit) can be made use of at a future date for any event sold on Seatme.co.za

All purchases are final, and no refunds will be offered.

Vouchers are issued as store credit on your Seatme account.

To redeem the voucher, log in to your account and visit the coupons page in your dashboard.
