You will notice that there are various seat colours on our seating chart. Below is a list of each seat colour and their meaning:
Black: All black-coloured seats are available. In short, these are the ones you want to be on the lookout for. Blue: All blue-coloured seats have already been booked. Unfortunately, this means that these seats are unavailable. Grey: All grey-coloured seats are unavailable. Red: All red-coloured seats are currently in someone else’s cart. Yellow: Any seat that displays as yellow, is already added to your cart.
Green: All pensioner tickets will be displayed as green. If there are no green seats on the seating chart, there are no pensioner tickets available for the event.
On the seating chart, you will also be able to view the ‘Seating legend’ containing relevant information concerning each seat colour and it’s price.
Relevant COVID-19 information/protocol may be unique to each venue. To view available COVID-19 information related to the venue and selected event, you can view the ‘COVID-19’ tab at the bottom of the event page.
When you click on “My Account” there will be a tab on the right side named “Ticket orders” and when you click on it, you will see a list of all your orders, next to each order is a button that says “Invoice”, when you click on it, it will download your order Invoice.
