You bring the event details, artwork, and pricing. Seatme hosts your listing, handles payments, issues tickets and QR codes, and helps you stay compliant with clear agreements. When you are ready to go live, our team reviews your event so customers see a polished, trustworthy experience.

  • 1Create your organiser profile — tell us about your brand, venues, and how you sell tickets today (if you already do).
  • 2Build your events — dates, ticket types, optional seating charts, images, and terms your buyers must accept at checkout.
  • 3Submit for review — we check listings and configuration so payouts and entry scanning work smoothly when you open sales.
  • 4Sell & operate — track orders, assign entry scanners, communicate changes (like postponements), and export financial summaries when you need them.
